摘要
二十年来 ,我国的黑社会组织以种种方式逃避公安部门的打击 ,千方百计地与社会进行对抗 ,使中国的黑社会组织逐渐蔓延开来。然而 ,由于受我国社会经济制度的影响 ,黑社会组织的发展受到一定程度的遏制。因此 ,尽管我国目前存在黑社会组织 ,但其初级形态仍十分明显 ,这主要体现在犯罪手段、组织管理模式、成员结构及活动范围等方面。
In the past twenty years, the underworld in China tried their best to avoid being destroyed. At the same time, they were on the opposite side of the mainstream of our society. As a result, the problems of the underworld are becoming more and more serious. However, because of the advantages of the special system, the problems of underworld are not as serious as those in foreign countries and they are under control to some extent. Though there are some underworld societies in our country, they are still on the primary stage, which is showed in crime means, management of the organization, composition of the members and the areas of their activities and so on.
