随着社会的发展,青少年犯罪也呈现出一个逐渐增多和犯罪形式多样化的问题,因此要有效地预防和打击青少年犯罪,是摆在家庭和学校面前的一个重要问题。只有加强对青少年的教育和管理,才能有效地预防和打击青少年犯罪,这也是建立和谐社会的主要目标之一。
With the development of society, youngster crimes have also taken on the look of crimes number increasing and crimes form diversified. It＇s an important issue to prevent and strike youngster crimes effectively. Only strengthening educating and managing the youngsters can we effectively prevent and strike crimes, which is also one of the main targets of establishing a harmonious society.
