摘要
多花黑麦草、苏丹草和无芒稗的幼穗在 MS+2,4-D3.0+BA0.5的培养基上一周左右开始产生愈伤组织,30天后的诱导率分别为74%、40%、76%;在相同的培养基上继代培养50天后芽的分化率分别为32%、53%和60%。试管苗在 MS+1BA1.0上可长出数条壮根.组织学观察表明,三种植物均可通过体细胞胚胎发生途径产生再生植株.
The callus could be induced from the cut of young ears of Lolium multiflorum, Sorghum sudanense and Echinochloa crusgalli var.mitis on MS medium with 2,4—D3.0 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L in a week,and the frequency of buds produced from the callus was separately 32%,53%and 60% in 50 days in the same medium,the plantlets could root in the medium with IBA 1.0 mg/L.It was observed that the plantlets regenerarted from the callus by the pathway of somatic embryogeny.
