摘要
本文通过结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉30min后再灌注60min造成脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察茶多酚(TP)对实验动物脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,TP对缺血再灌注损伤的海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、Na+-K+ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase等酶的活性均有明显的保护作用,同时使丙二醛(MDA)含量明显下降。结果提示TP具有较强的抗氧化作用,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
n order to oberve the influence of Tea Polyphenols (TP) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, theexperimental model was established by lisaturins both sides of common carotid artery for 30 minutes followed byreperfusing for 60 minutes in rats. The data showed that TP sisnificantly decreased level of MDA and had obviouslya protective effect on activity of Superoxide Dismutase, Glutathione PerokidaSe, Na+-K+ATPase and Ca++-ATPasein the hippocamp of brain that underwent ischemia following reperfusion in rats. The results suggested that TP haveprotective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and its mechanism misht be related to itS anti-oxidation.
