摘要
以TiO2 超细微粉为光催化剂 ,对低浓度罗丹明B溶液进行光催化氧化脱色研究 ,探讨了溶液初始浓度、pH值、TiO2 用量及气体用量等对反应条件的影响 ,并对氧化反应动力学进行了初步分析。研究结果表明 ,对初始质量浓度 15mg·L-1的罗丹明B溶液 ,光催化氧化反应的优化条件为 :w (TiO2 ) =0 .2 5 %、溶液初始 pH值 4 .0、空气体积流量 2 .0L·min-1。
The photocatalytic oxidation reaction of rhdamine B solution by use of TiO 2 micro-size particles photocatalyst was discussed in this paper. Effects of the dosage of photocatalyst, the gas flowrate, pH value and the initial concentration of solution on the oxidation rate were investigated respectively. Experimental data showed that the oxidation reaction of rhdamine B solution had high decolor rate and photocatalytic activity. The degradation results showed that the optimization condition was pH value 4.0, the dosage of TiO 2 0.25 wt % and the gas flowrate 2.0 L·min -1 .
