摘要
采用活性炭吸附与微波催化氧化技术联用的方式处理罗丹明B染料(TLC)溶液。对单独活性炭吸附、活性炭吸附-微波催化氧气氧化体系以及活性炭吸附-微波催化臭氧氧化体系的处理效果进行了比较,在处理量达到80MG/G时,活性炭吸附-微波催化臭氧氧化体系对TLC的去除率维持在82.97%(单独活性炭吸附去除率为29.51%)。对各体系的活性炭进行比表面分析和扫描电镜分析,验证了本方法的有效性。
Activated carbon absorption - microwave catalytic oxidation technique was adopted in treatment of Rhodamine B dye (TLC) wastewater. Treatment efficiencies with the methods of activated carbon absorption, activatedcarbon absorption- microwave catalytic oxygen oxidation, and activated carbon absorption- microwave catalysis ozone oxidation were investigated. When the sample was 80mg/g, removal rate of TLC reached 82.97% using theactivated carbon absorption - microwave catalytic ozone oxidation method while it reached 29.51% using active carbon absorption method. Specific surface and morphologies of activated carbon in above three methods were studied. The results shown that the activated carbon absorption- microwave catalytic ozone oxidation method was effective.
