摘要
针对能力需要通过具体活动才能得到表现和评价的问题,指出理论学习离不开实践,没有理论指导的实践只能是盲目浪费资源。提出了培养开发技术人员的能力,企业应承担主要责任,并且离不开学校的支持,企业即需要专业化人才,同时也要求专业化人才具有宽泛的知识的观点。
However, the knowledge can on be equal to the competency. Turning knowledge into competency and then into performance need specified environment and conditions. Competency must be expressed and evaluated through specific practice. The study of theory can not be separated from practice and the practice without the direction of theory can only be blindly misusing resources. Enterprises ought to undertake the main responsibility for developing competency of technical personnel with college support. In the future enterprises need talented personnel with specialization and also requires specialization employees having wide range of knowledge.
