摘要
介绍黑龙江省湿地资源的基本概况、针对其现状及存在的问题 ,提出开发治理、持续利用、增加投入和保护湿地生态环境等建议与对策。
The general condition of wetland resource in Heilongjiang is introduced.Concerning with the current situation and existing problems,we propose suggestions and counter-measures of developing,utilizing premanently,increasing investment and protecting the wetland ecological environment.
