摘要
查阅国内主要标本馆的标本及相关文献,对国产14种裸子植物可食用种子的形态、食用方法及资源分布状况做了报道,并对银杏、红松、侧柏和榧树种子的药性、功效及应用做了介绍,讨论了这些可食用种子资源利用方面存在的问题,提出了合理开发、持续利用其资源的建议。
Based on examinations of specimens deposited at the major herbaria in China and consulting relevant literatures,the seed morphology,edible method and resource distribution of fourteen species for edible seed in Gymnosperm form China are reported. In addition,the drug properties,pharmacological action and clinical application of Ginkgo biloba,Pinus koraiensis,Platycladus orientalis,Torreya grandis are introduced. By discussion of the problems existed in the utilization of edible seed resources,some suggestions are made to the rational development and sustainable utilization.
