摘要
目的 探讨自体外周血干细胞移植物中的单个核细胞 (MNC)计数和CD3 4 + 细胞计数之间的关系。 方法 行自体外周血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)的患者 16例 ,采用化疗联合粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G CSF)或粒单细胞集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)动员 ,用血细胞分离机进行外周血MNC分离 ,对每份采集物计数MNC和流式细胞仪计数CD3 4 + 细胞 ,进行直线相关分析。 结果 16例患者的MNC为 0 .10× 10 8~ 2 .6 2× 10 8/kg ,CD3 4 + 细胞为 0 .5 0× 10 6~ 35 .2 5× 10 6/kg ,移植物中的MNC计数和CD3 4 + 细胞计数呈正相关 (r =0 .6 94 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。 结论 MNC计数和CD3 4 +
Objective To study the correlation between mononuclear cells(MNC) count and CD 34 + cell count in autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT) collections. Methods Sixteen patients received APBSCT. The regimens for mobilization were chemotherapy combined with rhG-CSF or rhGM-CSF.The MNC were isolated by blood separator,the number of MNC in each collection was counted. The CD 34 + cell count was examined by flow cytometry. The relationship between CD 34 + cell count and MNC count was analyzed with linear correlation. Results The number of collected MNC, CD 34 + cells was (0.10~2.62) ×10 8/kg,(0.50~35.25)×10 6/kg, respectively.There was a positive correlation between CD 34 + cell count and MNC count in the collections (r=0.694,P<0.001). Conclusion Both MNC count and CD 34 + cell count can reliably predict hematopoietic recovery after APBSCT.
