摘要
近年来,上海地区山茶花(Camellia Japonica L.)普遍发生根腐,春季发病,秋季最重,生长衰退,甚至萎蔫死亡。从上海市11个县(区)的210份病根和病土中分离到71个疫霉菌株。经鉴定,其中62株为樟疫霉(Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands),而且有61株属于A^1交配型,1株属于A^2交配型。它们的形态、生物学性状无明显差别,都具有典型的珊瑚状菌丝和球形、葡萄串状膨大体。最高生长温度均为34℃,致病性接种实验证明,樟疫霉是引起山茶花根腐病的病原菌。室内药效测定,以杀毒矾M_8(Sandofan M_8)或瑞毒霉(Metalaxyl)(稀释800~1000倍)的抑菌效果最好。
Root rot disease resulting in decline, wilt and even death of camellia occurred widely in Shanghai area in recent years, the occurrence started in spring and became severe in autumn. Sixty-two of 71 Phytophthora isolates from 210 samples of diseased camellia roots and rhizosphere soils in 11 locations of Shanghai area were identified as Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands; further tests verified that this fungus was the pathogen causing camellia root rot. Among 62 isolates, 61 were A^1 mating type and 1 A^2. All of these isolates have no significant difference in morphology and biological characteristic and they all are of typically coralloid hyphae and spherical hyphal swellings in clusters. Their maximum growth temperature was 34℃. The best chemicals for controlling this disease were Sandofan M_8 and Metalaxyl M_2.
