山茶黑斑病的生物学特性研究及毒力测定

摘要 通过对合肥市植物园、各公园、苗圃山茶病害进行调查,发现山茶黑斑病发病严重。为了解和掌握山茶黑斑病病原物的生物学特性,研究了不同营养、温度、pH及光照条件对山茶黑斑病菌菌落生长量的影响。结果表明,病菌菌丝在PDA培养基上生长最快,最适pH为6.0,最适温度为25℃,不同光照条件对该病菌生长影响不大。药剂的毒力测定结果表明43%戊唑醇悬浮剂的抑菌效果最好,其次为35%戊唑·福美双悬浮剂,50%多菌灵超微可湿性粉剂的抑菌效果最差。 By investigating the diseases of Camellia japonica in Hefei Botanical Garden and other parks and nurseries,it was found that the black spot of Camellia japonica was serious.In order to understand and master the biological characteristics of the pathogen of camellia black spot,the effects of different nutrition,temperature,pH and illumination conditions on the growth of bacterial colonies of camellia black spot were studied.The results showed that the mycelium grew fastest on PDA medium,the optimum pH was 6.0,and the optimum temperature was 25℃.Different light conditions had little effect on the growth of the fungus of camellia black spot.The results of toxicity test showed that 43%tebuconazole suspension had the best bacteriostasis effect,followed by 35%tebuconazole·formaldehyde suspension,and 50%carbendazim ultramicro wettable powder had the worst bacteriostasis effect.
