土壤中樟疫霉的山茶花诱饵分离法 被引量:1

摘要 本文首次报道了应用山茶花嫩叶圆片作为诱饵分离土壤中樟疫霉的技术。山茶花嫩叶圆片(直径9mm)3~5片漂浮于20g 土:80ml 蒸馏水的水面上,在光暗交替和自然变温条件下,诱集3d~4d,再于选择性培养基上培养3d~4d,可得到最佳的分离效果。它比雪松、杜鹃、柑桔和梨等材料作为诱饵的分离诱集率高,速生杂菌污染率低,取材也较方便。此种方法为土传病害疫病菌,尤其是樟疫霉的分离、生态等研究提供了有效的途径。 This is the first report relating the technique of using camellia leaf disks as bait for isolating P.cinnamomi from naturally infested soils.3~5 young leaf disks (9mm in diameter) of camellia were floated on the surface of a mixture of 80ml distilated water+20g soil and incubated at fluctuating temperatures under light and dark alternation for 3~4 days, then transferred to a selective medium to allow 3~4 days for growth.This technique gave an optimum result with more phytophthora-isolation efficency,less contamination by fast- growing commensal organisms and more convenience as compared to the methods of using Deodar Ceder needles or young azalea,citrus and pear leaf disks as baits.This is also a good way for studies on isolation and ecology of soil-borne pathogens,particularly for P.cinnamo- mi.
