摘要
师德建设是一个紧迫的现实话题。师德建设的关键是要打通师道与德性之间的壁垒。师德教育旨在凝道成德,化师道为德性。师道如何化为德性,实践是其根本途径;关注教师的精神性需要是其基本途径;构建良好的学校心理环境、展开群体式的道德对话、进行理性的克己自反是其具体途径。
Teachers' moral fostering is an urgent topic in modern times. The key to teachers' moral education is to bridge teachers' moral obligations and teachers' internalized virtues and to transform teachers' moral obligations into teachers' internalized virtues. There are three approaches to the transformation: practice is the essential one, concern for teachers' spiritual is the basic one, and the concrete approaches are the construction of favorable environment in (universities), the launching of collective dialogue and the rational reflection of oneself.
