摘要
目的对使用不同材料进行桩核修复以后的牙体进行生物力学分析,观察牙体内的应力分布情况。方法建立上颌中切牙桩核修复的三维有限元模型,分别分析铸造钴铬合金、碳纤维增强树脂、钛合金、铸瓷桩修复以后受载情况下牙体牙本质的应力分布。结果牙本质应力主要分布于根上1/3熏愈靠近牙根表面应力值愈高;四种材料修复后最大应力值无明显差异,传统钴铬合金桩和牙本质交界处有明显的应力集中,碳纤维加强树脂桩和牙本质交界处应力集中不明显。结论低弹性模量材料修复后牙本质内应力分布更有利于牙体抗折。
Objictive To observe the distribution of stress in the dentin with post-core restored by different materials. Methods By CT scanning, graph digitizing and Auto cad software, the three dimensional finite element entity grid model was built, which was a maxillary central incisor restored with post and crown. By comparing four types of post materials ,Co-Cr alloy, Carbon-fiber reinforced resin, Ti-alloy, IPS Empress under static loading, the stress distribution was analyzed. Results The stress was recorder mainly in the superior thirds of the root, and the value of the stress was increasing with approaching the root surface. There were no significant differences in the stress value of four materials, and the interface of the traditional Co-Cr alloy and the dentin showed significant stress concentration. Conclusion The post restoration applying the material with the modulus of elasticity similar to the dentin will yield the best results.
