摘要
目的探讨纤维桩结合金属烤瓷联冠修复连续残根(冠)的疗效。方法 78例患者含有相邻不少于2个严重牙体缺损的患牙共247颗,采用纤维桩结合金属烤瓷联冠进行修复,术后随访3年。结果 71例患者修复体完整,无松动,咀嚼效果良好,成功率为91.03%。结论纤维桩结合金属烤瓷联冠修复连续残根(冠)可取得良好的临床效果。
【Objective】 To observe the clinical effects of continuous residual roots（crowns） restored with fiber post system and combined crown.【Methods】78 patients with 247 residual roots（crowns）,which exceed 2 residual roots（crowns） at least,were entered into the observation,restored with fiber post system and com-bined crown,all patients were followed up for 3 years after restoration.【Results】71 patients regained their functions;the success rate was 91.03%.【Conclusion】Fiber post system and combined crown can achieve good clinical results.
