摘要
危机管理在欧美是一个发展相当成熟的领域 ,但在中国由于受众多因素的影响 ,这方面的研究成果还不是很多 ,对危机管理的认识无论在理论上还是在实践上 ,都显得十分薄弱。为此 ,本文从对企业危机管理的一般性认识入手 。
Crisis Management is a well developed field in Europe and America.But influenced by many factors,the research findings in this field remain very few in China.Either the theoretical framework or the application of crisis management is still weak.Against this background,this thesis starts from the introductory knowledge of enterprise crisis management to discuss problems which should be pay attention to in the process of crisis management.
