摘要
概念隐喻理论和概念合成理论是当代认知语言学中两种重要的隐喻理论。简要说明这两种理论的基本建构 ,具体分析二者对隐喻的认知解读过程 ,以此验证二者对隐喻的阐释力。在此基础上 ,提出以概念合成的“五空间”模型对语篇中的隐喻进行认知解读 ,以此达到对隐喻的真实意义的理解。
Conceptual metaphor theory and conceptual blending theory are two important metaphor theories in cognitive linguistics.In order to testify their ability in metaphor interpretation, this paper makes a brief introduction to the framework of these two theories and a detailed analysis of their cognitive resolution process of metaphor.Then a five-space conceptual blending model is presented to interpret metaphors in discourse to achieve a faithful understanding of metaphor.
