摘要
与医院相比,院内感染管理一直是疗养院质量监管的弱项。本文从工作实践出发,就如何增强全员参与意识,增加经费投入改善管理条件,提高监管能力,创建工作特色诸方面提出了存在的问题和解决办法。
The author analyzed the problems at present and put forward some suggestions that strengthening the awareness of the whole staffe; increasing of financial supports; improvment of managerroent,condition;strengthening the level of monitor and creating the unique methods.
