摘要
目的探讨贵州汉族人群 β2 肾上腺素能受体 (β2 AR) 16、2 7位点基因多态性与皮质醇的相关性。方法采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应 (AS PCR)方法 ,对 4 4例支气管哮喘患者进行β2 AR基因多态性分析检测 ,并测定血皮质醇水平。结果血皮质醇在各基因型间的水平 ,16位点 :精氨酸 /精氨酸基因型中为 4 4 1 4 7± 115 4 5nmol/L ,甘氨酸 /精氨酸中为 336 17± 138 4nmol/L ,甘氨酸 /甘氨酸中为 2 38 4 5± 2 18 4 1nmol/L ,三者比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2 7位点 :谷氨酰胺 /谷氨酰胺基因型中为 2 98 32± 12 9 2 8nmol/L ,谷氨酸 /谷氨酰胺中为 32 4 83± 14 8 14nmol/L ,谷氨酸 /谷氨酸中为 2 5 9 77± 15 1 34nmol/L ;三者比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 β2 AR基因 16位点多态性与血皮质醇相关联。
Objective To analyze the relationship between β 2-AR genetic polymorphism and Cortisol in asthma patients. Methods AS-PCR were used to determine 16、27 locus alleles of β 2-AR genetic polymorphisms and RIA were used to determine Cortisol in 44 unrelated patients with asthma. Results The relationship between Cortisol and genotype β 2-AR 16 loci: the level of Cortisol was 441.47± 115.45nmol/L in Arg/Arg genotype, 336.17±138.41nmol/L in Arg/Gly and 238.45±218.41nmol/L in Gly/Gly respectively. There were significant difference in Cortisol compared with three groups; 298.32±139.28nmol/L in Gln/Gln genotype, 324.83±148.14nmol/L in Gln/Gln and 259.77±151.34nmol/L in Glu/Glu. There was no significant difference in Cortisol in β 2-AR 27 loci compared with three groups. Conclusion β 2-AR 16 locus genetic polymorphism is correlated with Cortisol in Han patients with asthma in Guizhou.
