摘要
目的 探讨支气管哮喘人群 β2 肾上腺素能受体 ( β2 AR) 16、2 7位点基因多态性与环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)的相关性。方法 采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应方法 ,对 44例支气管哮喘患者进行 β2 AR基因多态性分析 ,并测定血cAMP水平。结果 血cAMP在各基因型间的水平 ,16位点 :精氨酸 /精氨酸 ( 18.0 3± 4.3 7) pmol/ml ,甘氨酸 /精氨酸 ( 18.5 4± 14 .2 2 )pmol/ml,甘氨酸 /甘氨酸 ( 13 .0 0± 4.0 7)pmol/ml ,三者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;2 7位点 :谷氨酰胺 /谷氨酰胺 ( 15 .99± 4.89) pmol/ml,谷氨酸 /谷氨酰胺 ( 16.14± 4.3 4) pmol/ml,谷氨酸 /谷氨酸 ( 13 .69± 7.88)pmol/ml,三者比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 β2 AR基因
Objective To analyze the association betweenβ 2 AR genetic polymorphism and cAMP in patients with asthma.Methods The 16,27 locus alleles of β 2 AR genetic polymorphisms were determined by using AS PCR techniques and the cAMP was determined by using RIA techniques in 44 patients with asthma.Results The relativity between cAMP and genotype β 2 AR 16 loci:the level of cAMP was (18.03±4.37)pmol/ml in Arg/Arg,(18.54±14.22)pmol/ml in Arg/Gly and(13.00±4.07)pmol/ml in Gly/Gly.There were significant difference cAMP compared with three groups;(15.99±4.89)pmol/ml in Gln/Gln genotype,(16.14±4.34)pmol/ml in Gln/Glu and(13.69±7.88)pmol/ml in Glu/Glu,There were no significant difference in cAMP compared with three groups in β 2 AR 27 loci.Conclusion β 2 AR 16 locus genetic polymorphism is correlated with cAMP in asthma.
