摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳萃取除虫菊花中的有效成分除虫菊酯,设计了一个突然降压的过程,使除虫菊花的细胞壁破碎,减少过程的传质阻力。设计L9(34)正交实验,考察压力、温度、萃取时间等因素对产品的收率和质量的影响,得出其最优的工艺条件为:压力12.0MPa,温度35℃,萃取30min即可完成操作。与索氏(溶剂)提取法、超临界CO2萃取法、加助溶剂超临界CO2萃取法及微波协助萃取法相比,该方法的操作温度和压力最低而得到的产品中所含的除虫菊酯的总量最高(约72.81%)。
Supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract pyrethrin from pyrethrum flowers. A procedure involvinga sudden pressure reduction was designed to break the cell wall of pyrethrum flowers, thereby reducing resistance tomass transfer. The influence of extraction pressure, extracting temperature, and extracting time on the yield and thequality of pyrethrins were investigated. The most favorable experimental conditions included a pressure of 12.0 MPa,temperature of 35℃, and extraction time of 30 min. In comparing the Soxlet extraction method, supercritical CO2extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction with solvent, and microwave-assisted extraction, the supercritical CO2 methodcould be conducted with the lowest temperature and pressure and provided the highest yields (about 72.81%) ofpyrethrin in the extracted product.
