摘要
交叉口信号相位方案选择对交叉口的通行能力和行车安全有着重要影响。提出信号相位方案的设计不能单纯以提高交叉口通行能力为目标,还必须考虑交叉口行车安全这一因素。围绕这一论点,对不同信号相位方案下各种类型交通冲突问题进行分析研究。首先对6种类型的交通冲突情况做定性分析,进而研究各类交通冲突与信号交叉口相位方案之间的关系,最后以观察到的冲突数据为依据,通过测定和比较不同相位控制下的冲突率,建立小区域内的常用信号相位等级,为交叉口信号相位设计提供新的参考和依据。
Because selecting signal phasing has important influence on capacity and safety at intersection,this paper puts forward a viewpoint that design of signal phasing is not only used to improve capacity of intersection but also used to improve safety.According to it,we analyze all kinds of traffic conflicts under various signal phasing.This paper firstly studies six types of conflict in detail,and presents the result of a study exploring the relationship between various signal phasing and traffic conflicts,including the safety rank order of various signal phasing in virtue of comparison and analysis of different conflict rates within limited area based on traffic conflict data from 16 intersections in KunMing,which provides new reference for design of signal phasing.
