摘要
在公路平面交叉口的控制中,传统选择控制方式的方法着重考虑的是交通流的通过性,对安全的考虑多以事故数为指标,但交通事故数由于其本身的局限性,使其设置依据在使用上受到约束。基于这样的考虑,首先对冲突进行与控制方式有关的分类,并加以定性分析;然后对冲突率进行了与控制方式有关的定义,以观察到的冲突数据为依据,对各类冲突的冲突比例及冲突率进行了对比研究,说明了以冲突率为指标考虑安全而选择控制方式是可取的;最后建议重点以横穿冲突的冲突率为指标考虑安全,合理选择控制方式,为平面交叉口控制方式的选择提供新的参考和依据。
The existing method of selecting control modes considers mainly traffic capacity in the control of highway intersection, and the index of accident numbers is chosen to consider safety, but the basis is constrained in practice owing to its own limitation. Based on the consideration, traffic conflicts are firstly classified which is relevant to control modes, and different conflicts are analysed qualitatively. Then the conflict rate is redefined that is relevant to control modes. According to the field date, the conflict proportion and conflict rate of various conflicts are compared and analyzed, and the method is desirable that the index of conflict rate of cross traffic is advised to consider safety and select control modes with reason, which provides new reference and basis
