摘要
目的 :比较氯氮平、利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素 (PRL)及体重的影响。 方法 :将 80例符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第 2版修订本诊断标准的男性精神分裂症患者 ,随机分为氯氮平组和利培酮组 ,治疗 6周。在治疗前后分别测定血清PRL水平及体重。 结果 :氯氮平组和利培酮组治疗后血清PRL、体重均显著增高 ,尤以利培酮组增加率显著较多。体重与血清PRL水平变化呈正相关。 结论 :氯氮平组及利培酮组血清PRL水平及体重均明显增加 ,利培酮组增加幅度更大。
Objective:To study the effects of risperidone and clozapine on the serum prolactin levels and body weight regulation in male schizophrenic patients. Method:80 male patients who met the criteria of CCMD-2-R for schizophrenia were randomly divided into two subgroups receiving treatment of risperidone and clozapine respectively for six weeks.Before and after the treatment, serum PRL were detected and body weight were weighed. Results:Serum PRL levels and body weight increased significantly after the treatment in both groups.The variation of serum PRL and body weight had significant differences between clozapine group and risperidone group, and positive correlations were found between the variation of body weight and the variation of serum PRL levels. Conclusion:Both clozapine and risperidone might increase the serum PRL concentrations and body weight significantly,especially marked in the patients with risperidone.Hyperprolactinemia may be one of the important reasons of body weight gain.
