孤儿核受体在帕金森病发病中的作用

摘要 孤儿核受体(retinoid-relatednuclearorphanreceptor,Nurr1),是一种配体调节的转录因子,其对中脑多巴胺能神经元的发育和存活是很重要的。就孤儿核受体对多巴胺能神经元的发育的影响以及对以黑质多巴胺能神经元损害为特征的帕金森病的影响做一综述。
