摘要
目的观察新型蚕蛹虫草对小鼠免疫器官、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及抗体生成的影响.方法采用腹腔巨噬细胞功能测定法和免疫器官重量法及溶血素测定法,观察吞噬百分数、吞噬指数,取脾脏、胸腺称重,计算脾指数、胸腺指数、溶血素的生成.结果新型蚕蛹虫草能显著提高实验动物脾、胸腺的重量,且小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)数量及吞噬活性明显提高.随着剂量的增加,吞噬百分率、吞噬指数与对照组相比明显增加;并可明显提高小鼠血清溶血素(抗体)的产生水平.结论新型蚕蛹虫草对小鼠免疫器官和网状内皮系统吞噬功能有明显的激活和增强作用;可明显增加B淋巴细胞产生抗体的能力,增加机体的体液免疫功能.
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of new Cordyceps Militaris on mice immuno-organs, macrophage phagocytic function and antibody formation.MethodsThe assay method of abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytic function, weigh method of immuno-organs and assay method of hemolysin are used. The phagocytose percentage, phagocytose index, weigh of spleen and thymus, counting spleen index, thymus index, hemolysin count are observed.ResultsNew Cordyceps Militaris can obviously raise mice's spleen and thymus weight, abdominal cavity phagocytose count and phagocytose function, and hemolysin level.ConclusionNew Cordyceps Militaris can active and strengthen the function of mice immuno-organs and macrophage phagocytic obviously strengthen B-lymphocytes antibody and body humoral immunity function.
