摘要
以MS为基本培养基,探讨植物生长调节剂对脱毒芋试管苗分化、生长及不定根形成的影响。结果表明,几种细胞分裂素中,以6 BA对芋芽分化最为有效,培养基MS+6 BA1 0mg·L-1+NAA0 2mg·L-1最有利于芽增殖和生长;而不定根的分化和成苗最适的激素浓度配比为NAA0 1mg·L-1+6 BA0 15mg·L-1。
In this paper, effects of growth regulators (6-BA, KT, ZT, NAA) on rapid propagation of taro virus-free plantlets were studied by using MS as basic medium. The results showed that the optimal medium was MS +6-BA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L^(-1) for shoot differentiation and growth. The suitable medium for adventitious root induction and seedlings formation was 1/2 MS +NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+ 6-BA 0.15 mg·L^(-1).
