摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定秦艽、麻花艽中番木鳖酸含量的方法。在检测波长为254nm、柱温30℃、流速1mL·min-1时,用ZORBAXSB-C18柱,以24%的甲醇H2O(含0 04%H3PO4)洗脱,上述成分达到基线分离,该法简便、易行,有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系。用该方法测定了秦艽、麻花艽全草及根、茎、叶、花等不同部位番木鳖酸的含量。
A quantitative method to determine the content of loganic acid in G.macrophylly and G.stra-minea by reversed phase-high pressure liquid chromatographywas established.The loganic acid was base-isolated on the coloumn of ZORBAXSB-C 18 which was eluted with24%methanol-water solution(contained0.04%phosphoric acid),detective wavelength at254nm,coloumn temperature at30℃,flow rate at1mL·min -1 .Awide range of linearity and the good linear relationship was achieved on above con-dicion.The method was simple and easy to hand.The content of loganic acid in different parts which in-cluded whole grass,root,stem,leaf and flower in G.macrophylla and G.stramined.
