摘要 使用反相高效液相色谱法, Zorbax  O D S C18 250×4.6 m m 5 μm 色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶乙腈∶石油醚(35∶55∶10),流速:1 m L/m in,检测波长:450 nm ,建立 R P- H P L C 分离测定 β-胡萝卜素顺、反异构体的方法.该方法在0.01~1.0 m g/m L 线性范围内峰响应值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,r= 0.9991.该方法可简便、准确分离检测 β- 胡萝卜素顺、反异构体. A Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method was used. A method for separation and determination cis and trans isomers of β -Carotene was developed by using a Zorbax ODS C 18 250×4.6 mm 5 μm column; mobile phase, methanol-acetonitrile-petroleum ether (35∶55∶10); flow rate, 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength, 450 nm. The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.01~1.0 mg/mL for all- trans - β -Carotene, r =0.9991. This method was found to be simple and accurate for determination cis and trans isomers of β -Carotene.
