摘要
文章主要介绍了美国企业在吸纳人才、培训人才方面的有效措施和德国企业对员工的特色技术教育,结合我国企业人力资源开发的现状,指出我国企业在人力资源开发方面存在的不足以及美、德人力资源开发对我国企业的启示。
The essay gives an account of the effective measures of US businesses in absorbing and training talents, and the special technical training for the staff in German enterprises, points out the inadequacies of China's businesses in human resource development, and expounds the enlightenment of Us and German experience in this aspect to China's businesses.
