摘要
人才资源是我国物业管理这一朝阳产业的发展瓶颈 ,物业管理高等教育的发展顺应了行业和时代发展的需求。我国物业管理高等教育仍处于摸索发展阶段 ,人才培养的目标定位与课程体系建设存在一定的差距。
Talent is the crux in the development of estate industry, and advanced education about property management suits the needs of the development of estate industry. It is in the initial stage of advanced education about property management in our country, and there are some gaps in the aim of talent fostering and curriculum system construction, which we must face up to in the development of advanced education about property management.
