摘要
笔者认为物业管理专业品牌课程建设的前提是界定学科性质;品牌课程建设的依据是专业人才的培养层次与规格;核心内容是根据职业发展需要来构建课程理论体系与知识模块;课程建设的保障是融合现代远程教育的理念与手段,整体开发品牌课程。
The author thinks that the construction of well-known brand course, the speciality of real estate management, is on the promise of limiting the nature of the subject; the construction of well-known brand course is in the light of levels and standards for special persons; the main content of the construction of well-known brand course is building the system of course theory and knowledge composition according to the need of the development of vocation; the guarantee of the construction of well-known brand course is developing wholly the well-known brand course, linked with the idea and means of modern long-distance education.
