摘要
大股东经常利用其控制地位,侵害中小股东的权益,不仅在市场经济比较成熟的国家存在,在市场经济不成熟的国家特别是在市场经济体制初建的我国尤其严重,这已引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。文章对这一问题产生的原因进行了探讨,并提出了保护中小股东合法权益的对策。
Taking advantage of their domination, the large shareholders always infringe the medium and small ones, which exists not only in the developed country, but also in the developing country especially in the initial stage of market economy. It has been paid great attention on by domestic and abroad scholar. This paper has investigated on the causes of above problem, and put forward some revolution to protect the benefits of medium and small shareholders.
