摘要
针对电控发动机数据匹配中的难点 ,提出了自动标定的系统解决办法。对自动标定系统整体构架作了详细的介绍 ,对构架自动标定系统中的难题即数据信号传输问题作了深入的研究。在自动标定系统的软件部分 ,以功能为单位对其做了明确的划分 ,对每一个功能模块进行了详细的探讨。针对ECU的具体要求 ,提出了两种软件编程模式 :事件驱动模式和发动机状态及参数驱动模式。两种模式互相配合 ,共同完成任务。
A systematic solution of auto-matching is put forward, aiming at difficulties of the electronic controlled (EC) engine data matching. Details are given on the integrated framework of the auto-matching system. A deeper research is carried out on data-signal transfer. The software of the auto-matching system is divided into several modules according to different functions, each clearly illustrated. Two modes of software: affair-driven programming mode and engine condition and parameter-driven programming mode, are presented to meet the requirements of the ECU (Electronic Control Unit). These two modes of programming cooperate and function together. At last, input and output of data are introduced.
