摘要
为降低标定工作量,提高标定精度,实现标定过程的自动化和智能化,提出了一种基于模型的通用型标定优化平台,开发了平台中的试验设计系统,并据此完成了合理的试验规划;标定试验管理系统根据试验规划进行自动标定操作,最后基于由试验数据建立的柴油机模型借助优化系统求得最优的控制MAP。在高压共轨柴油机上进行了13工况自动标定优化试验的结果表明,该平台运行可靠稳定,提高了标定效率,缩短了标定时间。
For reducing the work load of calibration, improving its accuracy, and realizing the automation and intelligentization of calibration process, a model-based universal calibration and optimization platform is pro- posed, its experiment design system is developed, and based on which a reasonable test program is worked out. Then the calibration test management system performs the automatic calibration operation according to the test pro- gram. Finally an optimal control map is obtained with optimization system based on the diesel engine model con- structed from test data. The results of an automatic calibration optimization test on a high-pressure common rail diesel engine with 13 working modes indicate that the platform developed works stably and reliably with calibration efficiency raised and calibration time shortened.
