摘要
介绍了一种利用压电陶瓷逆压电效应设计而成的压力传感器自动标定系统,采用了非线性控制算法,使得系统在精密控制、稳定性、稳定时间上都有很好的效果;最后,还展望了其可能的发展趋势。
An automatic instrument is designed for calibrating pressure transducer by using the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. Nonlinear control algorithm is used to improve the control precision and stability,and prolong the stabilizaed time. The development trend of this instrument is also forecasted at the end of this article.
