摘要
目的 探讨金属毒物对机体免疫损伤的敏感指标。方法 选择 2 8名重金属中毒的矿工作为毒物组 ,另选择 2 8名同期住院患者作为对照组 ,分别检测患者血、尿铅、镉、砷含量 ,及血免疫球蛋白含量。结果 毒物组血、尿铅、镉、砷含量较对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。与对照组比较 ,IgG下降了 1 .1 6倍 ,IgM下降了 0 .51倍 ,而IgA升高了 0 .2 9倍 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。
Objective To explore the sensitive marker of immunology in metal poisoning. Methods 28 miners with heavy metal poisoning were chosen as poison group,and another 28 synchronous inpatient were chosen as control group.The content of lead、cadmium、arsenic in blood and urine and immunoglobulin in blood was respectively detected. Results The content of lead、cadmium、arsenic in blood and urine of poison groups significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01).The content of IgG and IgM respectively decreased 1.16 times and 0.51 times,while the content of IgA increased 0.29 times,which had significant difference compared with control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Immunoglobulin might be used as sensitive diagnostic criteria in earlier period of lead-cadmium-arsenic mixture poisoning
