摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定珍菊降压片中绿原酸含量。方法 片中绿原酸使用甲醇 水 (1∶1)溶液超声提取 ,在LichrospherODS (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 15 0mm)柱上 ,以乙腈 0 .4 %磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱 ,流速 1mL/min ,346nm波长检测。结果 本法准确、精密度高、重现性好 ,绿原酸浓度线性范围 2 .0~ 10 .0 μg/L(r =0 .9993) ;平均回收率为10 2 .3% ,RSD为 1.6 %。
OBJECTIVE To establish high performance liquid chromatography for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in Zhenju Jiangya Tablet.METHOD The chlorogenic acid in the tablet was extracted with methanol-water (1∶1) solution ultrasonic technique. At Lichrospher ODS (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm) column, gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase, flow rate: 1 mL/min, detection wavelength: 346 nm.RESULT This method was accurate and precise with high reproducibility. Linear range of chlorogenic acid: 2.0 ~10.0 μg/L (r=0.999 3); average recovery rate: 102.3%;RSD: 1.6%. CONCLUSION This method can be used as the quality control for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici extract in Zhenju Jiangya Tablet.
