摘要
目的研究麦冬水煎液的指纹图谱及其技术。方法反相高效液相色谱法和指纹图谱的直观比较法研究。结果麦冬水煎液的直接色谱分析会产生较高的色谱曲线背景。将麦冬水煎物经乙醇提取后,色谱曲线的背景可显著降低。试样以乙醇为溶剂时,会导致某些色谱峰的峰形不好。结论以KH2PO4水溶液为反相色谱法的流动相时,用水作为试样的溶剂较适宜。适当地调整图谱的坐标形式,如采用对数坐标形式或采用两段不同的单位坐标值形式等,可显著改善指纹图谱的质量。
Objective Because of Radix ophiopogonis decoction used in various preparations of Chinese traditional medicine, the relevant fingerprint technology of Radix ophiopogonis decoction was approached. Methods The direct - vision comparison method was used to research the RP - HPLC fingerprint. Results In the HPLC analysis, Radix ophiopogonis decoction could lead to comparatively high background of chromatogram. After extracting the decoction with ethyl alcohol, the background ( base line) of chro- matogram was obviously reduced. When using ethyl alcohol as the solvent of the extract, some chromatographic peak shapes became abnormal. Conclusion Using aqueous solution of KH2PO4 as mobile phase of reverse phase liquid chromatography, water was the suitable solvent to the extract. Changing the form of coordinate axis could observably improve the quality of fingerprint, such as logarithmic coordinate axis or axis break.
