摘要
建立以高效液相色谱法测定珍菊降压片中氢氯噻嗪和芦丁含量的方法。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以醋酸铵高氯酸钠溶液-乙腈(80:20)(用H3P04调节pH值至2.5)为流动相;检测波长为260nm,进样量为20mL。氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的线性范围分别为3—600mg·mL^-1(r=0.9995)、6~1000mg·mL^-1(r=0.9999);氢氯噻嗪的平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=1.8%,n=5);芦丁的平均回收率为99.9%(RSD:1.4%。n=5)。本方法简单、快速、准确,稳定,重现性好。
An HPLC method for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in Zhenjujiangya tablets was established. YWG C18 column and the mobile phase of Ammonium acetate sodium perchloeate - acetonitrile (80: 20) (pH adjusted to 2.5 with phosphoric acid ) was used, and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. A good linear relationship and average recovery rate for hydrochlorothiazide were 3 - 600mg · mL^-1 (r = 0.9995 ), and 100. 1% (RSD = 1.8% ,n =5) ; while those for rutin were 6 - 1000mg · mL^-1 (r =0.9999), and 99.9% (RSD = 1.4 % ,n =5). The method was rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible.
