摘要
介绍了一种基于MPEG-4编解码的远程视频监控系统,简述了系统的软硬件结构,重点介绍系统的拥塞控制和资源管理.系统采用MPEG-4编解码算法,引入零环优先技术和多线程编程等概念,能够在有限的CPU计算能力条件下处理大量高码率数据和控制指令,提高系统运行效率,每个监控点能同时对16~32路视音频进行监控,增强了系统的监控能力.
This paper introduces a type of remote video surveillance system based on MDEG-4 algorithm. The paper emphasizes the controlling of the congestion and the management of the system's resource, and at the same time summarizes the software and hardware structures. This system can process video and audio data simultaneously, and can also response to other commands and alarm messages. By using ring-zero technology and multithread programming technology, this system can support up to 16 or 32 channels of video and audio data?
