摘要
针对基于H.323的VoIP系统,提出了一种抖动激励式终端拥塞控制机制,将语音分组的延迟抖动参数与RTCP协议相结合,控制动态改变语音编码方式及传输分组大小,从而缓解网络拥塞,降低传输延时和丢包率。
In this paper, a terminal congestion control mechanism based on jitter activity is proposed for the VoIP system using H.323 .It combines delay and jitter of the speech packets with RTCP protocol, and controls the change of voice codec mode and packet size. In result, it can relax the network congestion and reduce transmission delay and packet lost rate.
