摘要 介绍美国、加拿大、欧盟、澳大利亚、日本、中国、国际食品法典委员会等国家和国际组织不同的食品添加剂管理模式和法规标准概况 ,着重从不同的食品添加剂范畴、评价要求、使用规定以及标识等方面进行分析比较 ,为加强我国食品添加剂管理以及与国际相关标准接轨提供参考和建议。 The article introduces the regulations and standards on food additives among the United States, Canada, European Union, Australia, Japan, China and Codex Alimentarius Commission, especially compares the range of control, evaluation requirements, provision on use and labeling. Some recommendations and suggestions on how to strengthen the control of food additives and to adopt international standards were made at the end.
