摘要
秦山核电站于1991年3月29日利用非核蒸汽首次冲转汽轮发电机组到额定转速3000r/min.这次机组冲转的汽源是利用一回路主泵转动时机械能转化为热能而产生的蒸汽.冲转成功不仅可免除另行设置调试锅炉,而且还实现了一、二回路的联动试车,这是本次试验的技术特色.本文概述用非核蒸汽冲转汽轮发电机组的技术准备、试验情况及结果.
On March 29th, 1993, the Qinshan NPP succeeded in the initial runup of the turbine-generator set up to the rated 3000r/min by utilizing non-nuclear steam. The steam supply to the initial runup was taken from steam produced from energy conversion from mechnical to thermal while the reactor coolant pump was operating. The success of the test showed that not only no commissioning boiler needs to be installed for this special purpose, but also combined-runup of the primary with secondary circuit is realized. These are technical features of this test. In the paper is presented technical preparation, testing and results of this test. Figs 6.
