Key Technologies and Engineering Practice of Smart Distribution Grid

摘要 结合苏州智能配电网系统工程建设实践,在分析配电网基础建设的基础上,对智能配电网系统工程建设过程中实现的关键技术进行了重点分析,并结合苏州配网特点,总结归纳了智能配电网建设中主站系统、通信系统、配电终端等环节的技术特色,特别是根据自身的建设实践,阐述了在系统架构、图模管理、馈线自动化等配电自动化核心内容建设过程中的经验。 Smart distribution grid( SDG) plays a crucial role in the development of first-class smart grids. This paper analyzes the key technologies in SDG construction,based on the engineering practices and experiences in Suzhou,including the technological features in the construction of the master station,communication system,and distribution terminal,as well as the engineering practices and experiences in the system infrastructure,graph and model management,feeder distribution and other key contents in SDG construction. The demonstration project in Suzhou has achieved breakthroughs in SDG construction key technologies,thus significantly improves the practicability of distribution automation. As a key project of State Grid Corporation of China,the demonstration project in Suzhou has passed the acceptance,and its achievements have been successfully applied in Suzhou distribution network operation management.
