摘要
强制拍卖制度已经成为强制执行程序中不可替代的部分。这一制度的实行 ,对于我国强制执行法律体系的完善以及实践中相关问题的解决具有重大的法律意义和实践意义。
The system of the mandatory auction is becoming an un-substituted part of the execution procedure. Carrying out it, there is great significance in both juristic and practices for perfecting the execution procedure legal system and resolving practical problems in China. The character of it is public law action.
