摘要
从改革开放伊始至今,行政合同在广泛领域被普遍应用。虽然,法学界对行政合同的研究和呼声此起彼伏,但是,行政合同尚处于学理概念阶段。因此从概念分析、本质解析、功能综述、诉讼依据、制度设想等几个层面研究行政合同,其意义是深远的。
Administrative contracts have been in great use since the opening up and reform of our country.Although many studies have been conducted in administrative contracts,the research is still in doctrinal stage.Therefore,a study on the concept,essence,function litigation basis,and system design will prove significant.
