摘要
利用喷雾法、注射器滴入法和压力注入法进行固定化细胞的制备,其中压力注入法在聚乙烯醇浓度为12%,温度为40℃,喷射压力为0.05MPa时制备的固定化细胞颗粒的粒径为1.0mm,机械强度好,酒精发酵在20h时使酒精体积分数达9.2%,转化率为97.2%.
The research investigated 3 methods of preparing immobilized cell granule. These methods are: spraying method, injector-dropping method and pressure-injected. The result shows that the pressure-injected method is the best. With the following conditions such as the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol 12%,temp. at 40 ℃, pressure of 0.05 MPa, the diameter of such made immobilized cell granule is 1.3 mm, having a good mechanical intensity. By using this immobilized cell granule, the production of ethanol can reach 9.2% (V/V), with the transformation rate of sugar to ethanol up to 97.2%.
