摘要
如何更充分地发挥大学学术权力的作用,不仅是高等教育的一个重要理论问题,而且是一个非常有现实意义的实践问题。在知识经济条件下,知识在经济和社会中的地位越来越重要。大学本身作为一种学术组织,强化建立在专业知识基础上的学术权力,有利于建立内部约束机制,进行科学决策,有利于大学社会职能的发挥。
How to let the academic power play a more important role in colleges and universities is not only a crucial theoretical problem, but also a quite practical issue in higher education. In the Knowledge Economy, knowledge have a tremendous influence on the economy and society. As a academic organization, colleges and universities strengthen the academic power, based on professional knowledge, helps to build the internal constraint organism to carry out proper decision-making. It's also beneficial to the exertion of social function of colleges and universities.
